Ultrahuman API Integration

With Terra's Ultrahuman integration, your Ultrahuman users can seamlessly sync health and fitness data with your app. The Terra Ultrahuman API Integration provides comprehensive fitness and metabolic data captured by Ultrahuman wearables, including continuous glucose levels, energy expenditure, and real-time metabolic insights. Throughout the day, you'll receive live data updates, capturing steps, heart rate variability, activity levels, and more. Overnight, Terra also provides detailed sleep insights, covering each sleep stage's duration and quality, helping users track recovery and optimize their health.

Two ways to receive Ultrahuman data

When data is available from an Ultrahuman device, Terra sends it straight to your webhook. During your Terra account setup you'll be prompted for a callback URL, and that is where Terra POSTs each payload.

How do I access Ultrahuman Ring data through an API?

Your user connects their Ultrahuman account through the Terra widget, and Terra reads the data their Ring AIR records. Each payload is normalized into Terra's standard shapes and POSTed to your webhook, and the same data is readable over the Terra REST API.

What data is available from Ultrahuman through Terra?

Through Terra's Ultrahuman integration, you can access body, daily and sleep data.

What does Ultrahuman measure that other rings do not?

Ultrahuman's platform pairs wearable biometrics with metabolic data, so alongside heart rate variability, activity levels and step counts you get continuous glucose levels and the energy-expenditure picture built on them.

Does the Ultrahuman integration include sleep staging?

Yes. Terra delivers Ultrahuman's overnight analysis with the duration and quality of each sleep stage, which is what recovery and readiness features are usually built on.
