Terra API disconnected Garmin and Suunto and ZEPP

Hi We are runneron app (it is running app) operation company. We are final testing with 20 tester. But from yesterday, we could not running data from Terra API about garmin and suunto and ZEPP.

Is here any problem for service? it is very terrible issue.

I hope to know why.

Hi there,

Sorry about the disruption! A few things to check:

1. Check the Payload History in your dashboard to see if webhooks are being sent and whether they're failing
2. For Garmin (event-driven): make sure users haven't revoked access on Garmin's side. You'd receive an access_revoked event if so
3. For Zepp (periodically polled): data syncs every 5-10 minutes so slight delays might be possible 
4. For Suunto (event-driven): check that user connections are still active

If all providers stopped at the same time, the issue is likely on your webhook receiver side, make sure it's returning 2XX responses. Terra retries failed deliveries with exponential backoff.
