SUNNTO import not working since Jul 30, 2025

We have many customers connected via Suunto, and not a single activity came through since Jul 30. The only messages that come through are Auth Success and Deauth.

Yet your dashboard states that Suunto is all green. Is this happening only for us?

Btw: I'm trying to reach support, but with no luck so far. My tickets simply disappear from the dashboard, and the discord seems gone. What's up?!

The support ticket functionality is working for all other customers - it's our new support channel instead of Discord since last year :)

And for Suunto, we've not had other complaints but we'll check for your case specifically
