Setting up account never progresses at screen 4

I'm setting up an account.
I select "Apple Health" for the first wearable device.
I select "Webhook" to receive the data.
I select the Quick Start. plan.
This gets me to screen 4 of 5 where it says "Let's setup the payment and fully get onboard!"
And nothing ever appears.
I would like to set up a Quick Start plan so I can continue the integration into our application.

Hey there,
Very sorry about this.
This is a known issue that occurs when the payment form fails to load. For example due to an ad blocker, privacy extension, or corporate firewall blocking the payment.
Please try the following:
1. Disable any ad blockers or privacy extensions (uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, etc.)
2. Try in an incognito/private window
3. Make sure third-party cookies are enabled
4. Try a different browser
