The device name is aaboring, and manufacturer is 1008 Digital health Pvt. Ltd. It collects the data - Heart rate, HRV, Steps, Respiratory rate, SPO2, Sleep Stages, Finger Temperature and ECH We have API available It runs both on Android and iOS.
