Getting Garmin data through Terra

All

EvilMeerkat3 weeks ago

Hi there,

We’re trying to build a health dashboard and really need wearable data from Garmin. We noticed that Garmin Connect is "under construction" and not currently accepting new applications - Are we still able to connect to Garmin through Terra?

Hi,

Yes, developers building on Terra can connect users to Garmin. Our team will help you set this up and get your app approved to be ready to connect.

Your end users authenticate through Terra's widget, grant permissions on Garmin's OAuth screen, and Garmin starts pushing data into your destination, normalized into one unified schema.

To set it up, enable Garmin in your Terra dashboard under Connections > Add New, then connect users via the auth widget. The integration setup guide walks through enabling sources end-to-end: https://docs.tryterra.co/docs/setting-up-data-sources

If you'd like to chat through your dashboard use case before integrating, our team can be reached at https://tryterra.co/enterprise/contact. Happy building!
