Hi, I'm trying to use this for a project demo which links the fitness tracker to my webapp FitTrack but I can't seem to get past the phase which asks me to connect to the first wearable fitness tracker. I've tried Samsung, Fitbit and Garmin but it just never actually loads. I tried to find the help part of your website but can't access it - please can you help me fix this. I have tried logging out an in again, reloading and trying after a few hours.

Hi! This sounds like a browser/network issue during the onboarding widget. A few things to try: 1. Clear your browser cache and try in an incognito window 2. Make sure you're not behind a corporate VPN or firewall that might block OAuth redirects 3. Try a different browser (Chrome works best) If the issue persists, reach out to via Support on the dashboard with a screenshot of where it gets stuck and we can debug your specific account.
