Cannot add any sources.

Hi. I have only just subscribed to the service, but I am unable to add any health data sources or any data destination. No firewall is blocking, no vpn. I have a clean cache, used a different browser and used incognito and also used another desktop. But still nothing seems to be working.
Any help would be appreciated as I have only just paid for the service but I am unable to use it.

Hi there, just looked into this ticket - it's being fixed asap today! We will update you once this has been resolved on our end. You can also notify us anytime via the support feature at the top right of the terra dashboard to get updates.
