New Widget - Building what users want

Once we built the first few integrations of Terra, we wanted to make sure that we are building what our users wanted.

The only way to discover this though, was to either ask the customers, or figure out the problems they are facing ourselves.

We started with the latter and went hands on with the first apps that signed up, by doing ‘Collison installations'.

They were signing up, we were jumping on the calls, and doing all the installation work for them.

Connecting to the API was fine, but then again we had so much work to do in the front end.

Why don't we just build a widget, that solves that front end equation, so the users can get started with Terra in 5 minutes ? Like back-end front-end sorted?

As a second step, we created a 24/7 support channel, within a Discord server, and started asking our customer apps if they would like to use a widget, instead of them building all the front end.

Obviously everybody wanted it.

So we went on to build a widget based on a webview, which you can pull within your app straight away - since it's super easy to install.

After this, many of our customers requested a react-native package too, since so many of them are building their apps based on that. So we built that too. And then some of them were using Flatter - we built that too.

Here's how it looks like:

And once you scroll to the bottom of this site, you will be able to play with a live demo of it.
