Our webhook is not consuming Terra payloads

All

OralDonkey27 months ago

It seems that we are not receiving any events on our webhook - we are manually sending events using the data generator and when we add the webhook, it takes a really long time when adding the webhook and no events are logged in the debugger. Can someone help me?

Hello there!

After reviewing your account and configuration and checking against our logs, it seems that any attempt to send data to your endpoint is taking really long to respond and the address of your webhook cannot be resolved from within our network.

We have seen this before and the culprit is likely your network security blocking the request from Terra or European servers. Please ask your network admin to whitelist the following addresses and remove any GeoBlocks that might be placed on the eu-west (London/UK) region.

IP Addresses:

  • 18.133.218.210
  • 18.169.82.189
  • 18.132.162.19

Yup, white listing those addresses resolved it. Do these addresses change?

Great. These addresses could potentially change but this will be communicated in advance to everyone with a notice period to adapt to the new IPs
