Q: Cannot authenticate Oura account

I am unable to authenticate my Oura account, I have triple checked my username and password and even reset my details, but after entering my details and allowing all the access permissions requested on the Oura screen (after login), Terra redirects to the failure screen and the message reads:

"An error occurred during authentication - Please ensure you accept all requested permissions when prompted by the respective provider"

No error appears in the console and the user does not appear in my dashboard Users table.

Hey there

This usually indicates that the Oura account is inactive, most likely the subscription has expired or the account and password supplied are valid for a different account not syncing with your ring. Please try again with the correct account or use another Oura account if you have one.

I have created a new email and setup my Oura ring with that account, that seems to have fixed it. I believe the old account was attached to a ring I returned.
